The project was implemented from 2008-2013. The chief purpose of this study is to assess the extent of assistance provided by Isabela State University to the recipients of iSchools Project in Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Viscaya, Cagayan, Ifugao, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Kalinga and Apayao. The questionnaire was constructed based on the Log Frame Analysis of the iSchools Project and Benefits Monitoring Form iSchools Monitoring and Evaluation Survey Administration Guideline of CICT. Findings revealed that satisfaction on State Universities and Colleges (SUC) assistance was mainly due to the good services of the handling SUC such as immediate response in providing technical assistance and providing information of upcoming activities and trainings of the teachers. Results also showed that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) application in teaching had a positive effect on student learning; however, teachers’ skills became a hindrance in providing learning to students. Overall, the project was successful due to full cooperation of all stakeholders.
