摘要

发现食品供应链中的风险,并采取相应的防范措施,提高食品供应链抵御风险的能力。在主成分分析和Logistic回归分析的基础上,建立了识别风险大小的Logistic回归预警模型。通过随机抽取部分食品企业作为分析样本,计算其供应链风险指标,对模型进行实证分析。结果表明,该方法适用于食品供应链风险预警。
