摘要

现有的招标代理服务评价方法不能反映高校仪器设备采购的特点。基于SERVQUAL评价标准，构建了高校仪器设备采购招标代理机构服务评价指标体系，包括6个一级指标和28个二级指标。同时，指标体系中存在随机性与模糊性的不确定与确定关系。运用集对分析法，构建了高校仪器设备招标代理机构服务评价的五元关系数及其加权形式。最后，通过实例分析了该方法的可行性和有效性。
