This research is a quantitative study and primary data was taken using a questionnaire on 40 respondents taken from a saturated population and the answers were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作环境、组织承诺和资讯科技对员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的人群是日惹KSP CU Dharma Prima Kita的雇员。本研究是一项定量研究,主要数据是从饱和人群中选取40名受访者进行问卷调查,并使用多元线性回归分析对答案进行处理。本研究结果表明,工作环境、组织承诺和信息技术对员工绩效有部分正向影响。
