QuestionnairesurveydatacollectedfromFourhundredandeighty-twovalidresponsesfrombank clients.SEMviaAMOSwasutilizedtodeterminetheimportancelevelsofassociationsandinteractions betweenthefactorstested.Theproposedmodelevidencedbygoodnessoffitofthemodeltothe data,explained81%ofthevarianceinintention.Thefindingsofthemultivariateanalysisrevealthat self-efficacyhashadasignificantlypositiveaffectontheperceivedusefulness,andperceivedeaseof use.Inaddition,easeofuseandusefulnesshasapositiveimportantdirectinfluenceontheintention. Also,usefulnessandeaseofusemediatedtherelationbetweenself-efficacyandintention.Theresults ofthecurrentarticlemightgivefurtherinsightsintomobilebankingstrategies.
