SKRINING KESEHATAN DAN PERSEPSI CALON PENGANTIN TENTANG PERNIKAHAN DI PUSKESMAS KLATEN SELATAN

Skrining pranikah adalah strategi penting sebagai upaya pencegahan kelainan genetik, anomali kongenital, dan beberapa masalah medis, psikologis, dan perkawinan, serta menginformasikan kepada pasangan tentang dampak yang akan ditimbulkan dari kondisi kesehatan yang dapat membahayakan calon pasangan suami istri, termasuk pengaruhnya pada  keturunannya. Kesiapan calon pengantin tidak hanya meliputi kesiapan fisik, tetapi juga kesiapan psikologisnya. Penyesuaian terhadap peran dan tugas bagi pasangan yang baru menikah sering menimbulkan masalah. Satu  dari indikator yang dapat  dilihat dari  kesiapan  menikah adalah persepsi tentang  pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui status kesehatan fisik dan persepsi calon mempelai wanita tentang pernikahan di Puskesmas Klaten Selatan. Jenis penelitian skrining kesehatan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 116 responden. Persepsi pernikahan menggunakan analitik komparatif dengan rancangan post test with control design untuk 2 kelompok berbeda. Sampel yang digunakan 30 responden. Hasil: Usia 75% berkisar 20-30 tahun, kadar hemoglobin 90% ≥ 11 gr/dl, kadar HBSAg 99% negatif, hasil tes kehamilan 94% negatif, 100% negatif HIV. Konseling tambahan oleh Psikolog setelah diberikan konseling dari puskesmas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi calon pengantin tentang pernikahan (p value=0,070) dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penambahan skor persepsi calon pengantin tentang pernikahan pada kelompok perlakuan (p value =0,147).  Premarital screening is an important strategy as an effort to prevent genetic disorders, congenital anomalies, and some medical, psychological and marital problems, as well as informing couples about the impact that will be caused by health conditions that can harm prospective husband and wife, including the effect on their offspring. The readiness of the bride and groom does not only include physical readiness, but also psychological readiness. Adjustment to roles and duties for newly married couples often creates problems. One of the indicators that can be seen from the readiness to marry is the perception of marriage. The purpose of this study was to determine the physical health status and perceptions of the bride and groom about marriage at the South Klaten Health Center. This type of health screening research is quantitative descriptive. The sample used was 116 respondents. Perceptions of marriage used comparative analysis with a post test with control design for 2 different groups. The sample used was 30 respondents. Results: Age 75% ranged from 20-30 years, hemoglobin level 90% ≥ 11 gr/dl, HBSAg level 99% negative, pregnancy test result 94% negative, 100% HIV negative. Additional counseling by a psychologist after being given counseling from the health center did not have a significant effect on the perceptions of the bride and groom about marriage (p value = 0.070) and did not significantly affect the addition of the score of the perception of the bride and groom about marriage in the treatment group (p value = 0.147).
