Based on task demands analysis, the limited network bandwidth is allocated to each transmission task properly by dividing time-window, setting priority of tasks and the initial transmission moment of each task. As a result, delay jitter is reduced and network bandwidth is used reasonably, which can guarantee the quality of network service.
