摘要

研制了高压脉冲驱动的电感耦合等离子体源。采用200ps宽脉冲157 kHz电源产生重复频率为1hz的等离子体。通过对线圈电流和电压波形的分析,建立了互感电路模型,得到了电学参数和等离子体参数。等离子体密度用双探针测量得到。结果表明,进入等离子体的电功率为13.1 kW。等效电路测得等离子体密度为1019 m−3阶,与探针测量结果吻合较好。
