Niagamas Gemilang, in Sungai Payang Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a sample of 91 people. \n The results showed that the variables of the Work Environment and Work Safety had a simultaneous effect on the Risk of Accidents at Work. Work Environment and Work Safety variables have a partial effect on the Risk of Work Accidents at PT. Brilliant Niagamas. Besides that, the work safety variable has a dominant effect on the risk of work accidents at PT. 摘要:本研究的目的是确定和分析工作环境和生产安全对事故风险的影响，并确定影响工作环境和生产安全的最主要变量，Niagamas Gemilang Oil Palm Plantation Company PT. Niagamas Gemilang，位于Kutai Kartanegara县Loa Kulu区Sungai Payang村。使用的分析工具是多元线性回归，样本为91人。结果表明，工作环境和工作安全变量对工作事故风险的影响是同步的。工作环境和工作安全变量对PT. Brilliant Niagamas的工作事故风险有部分影响。此外，生产安全变量对Niagamas PT. Brilliant的生产事故风险具有主导作用。关键词:劳动事故与职业安全;劳动事故风险
