本文分析了中国电动汽车示范的现状。以武汉市电动汽车示范企业为研究对象，在SWOT分析的基础上，探讨了武汉市电动汽车示范企业的创新策略。本文提出了以下几个方面的创新战略重点:混合动力汽车聚合与示范推广相结合;示范车能源结构多样化;示范与电动汽车测试基地的协调与完成;政策应用与突破评价;以武汉为中心，扩大示范区;基础设施的建设和改善;进一步发展全球化交流与合作。
