The scientific article was published as part of the implementation of the scientific project of grant funding for 2022...2024 IRN № АР148039/0222 «Scientific and technical substantiation of the parameters and development of a wind power plant for the electric power supply of the objects of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (the study is funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
