However, the traditional distribution network reconfiguration method usually doesn't consider the loop closing constraints. This paper builds a new distribution network reconfiguration model considering the loop closing operation. This model takes the minimum of network losses as objective function and considers the constraints of node voltage and line power during loop closing operations. The greedy randomized adaptive search procedure algorithm is adopted to solve the new model to get the optimum reconfiguration scheme without power interruption.
