After modeling simulation and experiment verification, the experiment test results and modeling simulation results have same operating characteristics, which proves the validity of the model. This model can be used to simulate photovoltaic arrays of various scales under various partial multi-shading conditions. 摘要

鉴于太阳能电池的工作特性容易受到环境温度和光照强度的影响。在MATLAB/simulink中建立了单个太阳能电池的仿真模型,对其精确物理特性进行了优化。针对光伏阵列容易出现部分遮阳的情况,根据部分多重遮阳形成条件,设计了一套1200W光伏阵列仿真模型。经过建模仿真和实验验证,实验测试结果与建模仿真结果具有相同的工作特性,证明了模型的有效性。该模型可用于模拟不同部分多重遮阳条件下不同尺度的光伏阵列。因此,该模型可应用于光伏发电系统的进一步研究。
