摘要

脂肪酶广泛应用于纺织、食品、医药、化工等行业。本研究以煎炸废油为底物,对嗜热菌株进行了脂肪酶的制备。在4株菌株中,地衣芽孢杆菌A7 (GenBank加入编号:KC310458)产脂酶效果最佳。结果表明,在煎炸油浓度为40 mL/L、温度为55℃、初始pH为6.0、培养时间为72 h的条件下,芽孢杆菌产生脂肪酶的最佳条件为细胞最大生长量为2.219 0D 600nm,脂肪酶活性为1607 U/L。
