摘要

随着物联网和移动设备性能的不断提高,一种新型的机器学习架构——联邦学习应运而生。在边缘节点上实现人工智能框架的需求也越来越大。本文提出了一种部署在边缘计算网络中的联邦学习系统,该系统以分布式形式实现服务器部分,并采用分层模型聚合和动态拓扑来减少带宽使用和时间消耗。实验证明了联合学习算法在系统中的有效性。仿真结果表明,系统的时间开销与传统系统的节点数成对数关系,而不是线性关系。
