Six key dimensions of SCM practices i.e. strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, quality of information sharing, level of information sharing, outsourcing, and lean practices, are used as independent variables accompanied by different measurement instruments under each variable, while organizational performance is measured by market, operational and financial variables. Data are obtained through formal questionnaires from an ICT Organization named Kazla Technologies Limited (KTL). From the analysis, it is found that majority of the employees of KTL understands the importance of using SCM practices. The company has varied level of practices of SCM; lean, information sharing, customer relationship and supplier relationship which are practiced well whereas outsourcing is not satisfactory. The study confirms that all selected practices are being well implemented accept outsourcing. 摘要
