摘要

采用彩色编码结构光对彩色目标进行三维测量,由于两种颜色的叠加,彩色条纹在目标上的颜色会发生畸变变化,造成彩色条纹的解码误差,导致测量误差。针对这一问题,提出了一种颜色分量信息处理方法,通过回归分析建立了反射光、入射光与表面颜色关系的数学模型,采用最小二乘法对模型进行求解,从而得到反射光、入射光颜色分量和表面颜色分量的关系。并对投影条纹的颜色进行还原,保证条纹解码的正确性。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的译码效果。
