The cross-sectional and volumetric images were acquired to detect the internal sub layer defects in optical thin film which are difficult to observe using visual or machine vision based inspection methods. 摘要

传统的傅里叶域光学相干层析成像系统需要单个扫描仪进行二维截面成像,两个扫描仪进行体积成像。平行光谱域光学相干层析成像具有单扫描仪成像体积图像的优点,而利用面积相机对样品上的光照线进行平行采集,获得二维截面图像。在本研究中,采用平行光谱域光学相干层析成像技术对触摸屏面板上的光学薄膜进行了工业检测。为了检测光学薄膜内部子层缺陷,采用了基于视觉或机器视觉的检测方法难以观察到的截面图像和体积图像。结果表明,该系统可应用于触摸屏面板检测,为消费者端产品质量保证提供依据。
