摘要

本文提出了一种新的模糊神经网络估算不同教育水平对人力资本贡献的方法。本文采用模糊神经网络映射方法,在不同科技水平的中国三个地区,估算了教育对人力资本的贡献在四个层次(文盲&小学、初中、高中和更高)。可以得出结论,这三个地区教育的贡献有很大的不同。教育本身并不一定对实际人力资本产生积极影响。文盲和初级教育在某些地区可能会产生负面影响。同时,非教育因素对人力资本有显著的正向影响。
