摘要

针对物料堵塞、动臂带脱落、物料散落、设备磨损等问题,对物料传递过程模型进行了理论分析,为物料传递装置中头料斗和曲线溜槽的设计提供了理论依据。通过三维建模和离散元法(DEM)仿真分析,对传统传递装置进行优化设计。结果表明,优化后的输送装置具有良好的现场应用效果,有效解决了吊臂带堵料、散料、卸料等输送点常见问题,为同类产品的设计和应用提供参考。
