The main results of this study are as follow. First, it was found that organizational politics perception of care workers does not negatively impact the quality of services directly. Second, it was found that perception of organizational silence and job satisfaction have a full mediating effect, on the relationship between organizational politics perception and quality of services. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织政治知觉与护工长期照护服务品质的关系,并验证组织沉默知觉与工作满意度是否具有平行的多重中介效应。通过对大邱市230名护理员的问卷调查收集数据,采用描述性分析、相关分析和平行多重中介模型分析进行分析。本研究的主要结果如下:首先,研究发现,护理人员的组织政治感知并不直接负向影响服务质量。第二,发现组织沉默感知和工作满意度对组织政治感知与服务质量之间的关系具有充分的中介作用。基于整体的新发现,本研究建议提高长期护理服务质量的策略是必要的。
