Data was collected through a questionnaire survey of 230 care workers in Daegu Metropolitan City and analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and parallel multiple mediation model analysis. The main results of this study are as follow. First, it was found that organizational politics perception of care workers does not negatively impact the quality of services directly. Second, it was found that perception of organizational silence and job satisfaction have a full mediating effect, on the relationship between organizational politics perception and quality of services.
