To solve this problem, a LSS-target detection method suitable for urban complex environment is proposed. In the proposed method, the clutter component in the echo is suppressed through the RELAX algorithm firstly, which notably reduces the influence of strong point source clutter on weak target detection. Then a relatively long time and a set of Doppler filter banks are chosen to realize coherent integration of the target signal. Finally, CFAR detection based on adaptive clutter scene judgment is carried out along the range dimension in each Doppler channel.
