摘要

功率放大器作为雷达系统发射机的重要组成部分,用于放大低功率输入的射频信号。本文设计了一种输出功率为40dBm,带宽为640MHz的c波段功率放大器。功率放大器主要由射频部分和电源模块组成。为了满足输出功率的要求,采用了由砷化镓晶体管组成的两级级联结构。所设计功率放大器的整体尺寸约为175mm × 120mm × 24mm,功耗小于17W(20%占空比)。测试结果表明,该产品具有良好的性能,能很好地满足技术要求。
