The method of fuzzy clustering is applied to construction of risk temperature’s function with optimum parameters. 摘要

针对高校教育活动质量风险管理问题，提出了一种新颖的数学方法。风险温度计是风险管理的一种基本方法，用于识别教育过程的风险背景。将获得的温度数据与风险对关键指标的符合度模糊关系进行模糊组合，进行风险的估计。应用模糊聚类方法构造具有最优参数的风险温度函数。作为考核结果，形成了发展教育组织的行动综合体，并在温度数据的基础上进行了排序。
