This paper introduces the operation principle of the flexible assembly docking tooling, using industrial Ethernet MODbus/TCP protocol to set up completed the CAN bus control system, implement the flexible docking tooling overall design of the control system, at the same time, the PC control system by using Visual Studio, software development and design, completed the servo drive system and control system internal coordination. 摘要

针对目前一套辅助对接装配工装只能适应一种型号的装配对接,本文提出了针对不同型号飞机机身的柔性装配对接方法。本文介绍了柔性装配对接工装的工作原理,利用工业以太网MODbus/TCP协议搭建完成了CAN总线控制系统,实现了柔性装配对接工装控制系统的总体设计,同时,PC机控制系统利用Visual Studio软件进行开发设计,完成了伺服驱动系统与控制系统的内部协调。最后利用激光跟踪测量设备对工装精度进行了验证,实验结果表明,对接装配工装能够满足装配工艺的精度要求;同时,该技术可以提高飞机的装配效率和装配质量,大大缩短机身各部分装配前的对接周期,对于今后大部件柔性装配技术的进一步对接研究具有深远的意义。
