To achieve this goal, different parameters affecting the performance of the rectifier were analyzed in the 2.45 GHz ISM band. When the simulated series rectifier, voltage doubler and voltage multiplier are perfectly matched, a conversion efficiency of 77.18 %, 75.29 % and 66.6 % is reached, respectively, at an input power of 15 dBm.
