Through analyzing the E-LOTOS text which describes the protocols, this paper has obtained adjacency finite state machine and drew the graph with the JAVA language to show the protocol running mechanism. By using the Dijkstra algorithm and a heuristic algorithm for UIO sequence generation on the finite state machine architecture this paper has generated the XML format abstract test cases.
