Triply-doped germanate glasses for ultra-broadband optical devices
Ultra-broadband emission from 1300 to 1600 nm were obtained in Nd3+/Tm3+/Er3+ triply-doped germanate glasses, and single mode K+-Na+ion-exchanged channel waveguides at 1550 nm were obtained.
