摘要

冲击电压校准器是冲击电压测量溯源的重要设备。冲击电压校准器的特性直接影响冲击电压测量的准确性和可靠性。标准校准器的输出电压参数在长期运行后会发生变化。为了优化校准器的稳定性,降低校准器的温升,提出了脉冲校准器的恒温控制方案。选取(1.56/60)μs校准器参数进行研究。结果表明,温度控制后,标准冲击电压源的长期稳定性参数提高了0.04%,有效提高了冲击电压溯源的精度。
