СИСТЕМЫ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ И МОНИТОРИНГА СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ОЧИСТНЫХ КОМБАЙНОВ

Foreign experience in land resources management is analyzed. Special attention is paid to land valuation. Basic approaches to land use, development of land resources management system, taxation and taxes transfer to the budget are considered. Main classifications of the systems for cadastral registration and land property determination are described. Some features of real property valuation abroad are analyzed, with basic group of countries with their own approaches being highlighted. In conclusion, some recommendations on adopting the advanced foreign experience in Russia are given.
