This approach takes lots of effort in searching, retrieving and integrating knowledge. To overcome this issue, we propose an approach to do this task. We first represent knowledge by some ontologies in internet and each of them represents a subdomain knowledge respectively, and then we integrate it through a web service platform. Sharing ontology in internet based on web service provides a simple and flexible manner for knowledge sharing, retrieval and integration. To demonstrate the feasibility of our approach, we use diabetes care as an example to use this system because it needs different professionals to make up a care plan. The result of our research shows, our system can retrieve and integrate diabetes care suggestion from related ontology in internet according to patient's condition. 摘要
