This paper proposed a remote diagnosis system based on Baidu map API and OBDII diagnostic system combined with the vehicle terminal, which can display the location of the car in current time and the diagnosis results. This paper completed the B/S framework of the remote monitoring system design by keeping the Mysql database as a data management system which use the Jsp programming technology to the rule based diagnosis. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is verified through software testing.
