摘要

本文从理论上和实验上研究了c倾斜ZnO/Si上由数字间换能器IDT产生的高谐波体声模的频率特性。讨论了硅衬底上ZnO压电层高泛音模式的来源和特点,制作了基于c轴倾斜ZnO/Si的单端口HBAR谐振器,并通过网络分析仪进行了测试。本研究成果对基于薄膜技术的射频源和电子定时装置的设计和制造具有重要意义。

In this paper, the frequency characteristics of high overtone bulk acoustic modes, generated by interdigital transducers IDT's on c-tilted ZnO/Si, are theoretically and experimentally investigated.
