The experimental results show that the damage of whole irradiation is greater than that of local irradiation of equipments and the electromagnetic pulse effects of fast rising edge on computer network are more obvious than that of low rising edge because the latter coupling is weaker. It is also known that electromagnetic pulse coupling is inefficient with very high frequency antennas because their main bands are different.
