在电网数字化转型的背景下,如何挖掘数字技术的价值,使电网基础设施管理业务得以实现,已成为当前电网建设业务数字化的重点。本文分析了以移动应用为代表的数字技术的特点,结合电网基础设施现场运营的需求,深入研究了数字技术与电网基础设施业务的应用方向,构建了基础设施现场运营的移动平台,从现场建设和施工管理的角度进行了相关分析。规范项目现场日常管理、安全操作、施工监理管理等管理流程,采用系统组件分层的设计方法完成系统功能开发。该系统充分发挥数字化技术优势,全面提高电网基础设施现场运营管理能力,有效促进电网建设数字化转型。
