This research uses an explanatory qualitative study approach with in-depth interviews. This article finds that social media governance competence is still lacking for government officials in Banten. 摘要

本文旨在阐述万丹省新冠肺炎大流行期间基于社交媒体的公共服务。社交媒体的好处已经影响到社会生活的方方面面,包括公共组织和企业的管理。特别是在新冠肺炎疫情期间,公众更需要快速、便捷、有效、高效的信息和服务。这使得社交媒体的作用成为万丹省改善社区公共服务的主要支持渠道之一。本研究也强化数位时代公共服务创新模式作为数位政府(电子政府)的一部分。本研究采用解释性质的研究方法与深度访谈。本文发现,万丹地区政府官员的社会化媒体治理能力仍然缺乏。此外,本文还指出,社交媒体作为万丹省加强公共服务的主要支持渠道之一,发挥了积极作用。
