The sampling technique in this research is census and data analysis methods used in this research is simple regression test and test indirect effect mediation using bootstrapping (SPSS Macro). 摘要

本研究旨在以组织承诺为中介变量,考察和分析工作满意度对员工离职倾向的影响。本研究考察的对象是KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Tegal。本研究的样本为KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang legal的所有员工,共49名员工作为被调查者。本研究的抽样技术为人口普查,数据分析方法为简单回归检验和使用bootstrapping (SPSS Macro)进行间接效应中介检验。结果表明,组织承诺对离职倾向有负向影响,t检验值为-4.794,显著性为0.000;工作满意度对组织承诺有正向影响,t检验值为2.587,显著性为0.013;工作满意度通过组织承诺对离职倾向有正向影响,t检验值为2.993。
