The tamper-proof and traceable features of blockchain smart contracts are used, thus making the technical supervision more transparent in the whole process of design, procurement, installation, operation and maintenance. After an accident, the cause and responsibility of the accident can be accurately determined to avoid problems such as uncertain cause of the accident and the shirking of responsibility by the responsible person. It is convenient for relevant government departments to supervise. The decentralized architecture is adopted in this system to provide managers with dynamic information of the whole process of technical supervision. 摘要

本文设计了一个基于区块链智能合约的电力行业技术监督管理系统。利用区块链智能合约的防篡改和可追溯特性,使设计、采购、安装、运维等全过程的技术监管更加透明。事故发生后,可以准确地确定事故原因和责任,避免发生事故原因不确定、责任人推脱责任等问题。方便政府相关部门进行监管。本系统采用分布式架构,为管理者提供技术监督全过程的动态信息。管理不完善造成的事故有所减少。
