Nowadays, children's language training services have developed at an unprecedented speed. In the era of e-commerce, the various service resources that constitute services have developed rapidly and varied. This paper attempts to analyze and optimize the service resources of children's language training services from the aspects of the learning material, the facilities and equipment, and the learning platform, and establish an excellent paradigm.
