Various IEC 61850-based power IT equipments produced by multi-vendor will consist of the actual test site for smart grid. Site acceptance test (SAT) which carried out the completely installed equipment in the site, gives the confirmation to customer before operation. Conformance tests have to perform in order to achieve the effective SAT. However, devices are passed conformance test, it may still remains the issues during integration, commissioning and operation.
