摘要

本研究通过对泗水市女企业家工作动机的中介,探讨由工作干扰冲突(WIF)和家庭干扰冲突(FIW)因素组成的工作-家庭冲突(WFC)对创业承诺的影响。数据收集采用调查法。这项研究的调查对象是310人。本研究使用的数据分析方法是偏最小二乘(PLS),使用SmartPLS 2.0软件。本研究结果表明:1)工作干扰家庭(WIF)对工作动机有显著影响;2)工作干扰家庭对创业承诺的影响不显著;3)家庭干扰工作(FIW)对工作动机有显著影响;4)家庭干扰工作(FIW)对创业承诺有显著影响;5)工作动机对创业承诺的影响不显著;6)工作干扰家庭(WIF)通过工作激励间接对创业承诺没有显著的负向影响;7)家庭干扰工作通过工作动机对创业承诺没有间接的显著负向影响。
