摘要

光伏电池的模型参数取决于环境条件,特别是太阳能电池板放置地点的温度和辐照度值的函数。本文利用电路灵敏度分析了不同温度和辐照度对光伏电池/面板性能的影响。因此,PV电池等效电路及其典型连接的模型参数采用一阶灵敏度关系建模。通过LabViEW和MatLab软件程序对理论模型进行了验证,并给出了光伏电池实际案例的数值算例。
