摘要

根据目前的批量控制技术,从分析称重精度和提高批量控制精度的角度出发,建立了批量过程中增量天平的动态模型。基于该动态模型,我们清楚地认识到增量平衡是一个典型的两步非线性时变动态系统,因此对其动态补偿方法进行了深入的讨论。最后,通过数值仿真给出了该方法的动态补偿结果,验证了该方法的有效性。
