It is very important to have good quality services to increase revisit intention in the future. The purposes of this research were to determine service quality that influences tourist satisfactions and revisit intention in Sasak Sade Village. This study used 85 respondents of domestic tourists and a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study was a structural equation modeling (SEM) by using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. 摘要

萨萨克萨德村是一个祖祖辈辈居住的民族。作为一个被许多游客熟知和参观的地方,Sasak Sade村的管理提供了传统的建筑房屋和当地人的日常活动作为旅游景点。拥有优质的服务对于增加未来的回访意向非常重要。本研究的目的是确定服务质量对萨萨克萨德村游客满意度和重游意愿的影响。本研究采用有目的的抽样方法,对85名国内游客进行调查。本研究采用智能偏最小二乘法(PLS) 3.0的结构方程模型(SEM)进行分析。本研究检验了两个模型,即预测指标与变量之间关系的外部模型和预测变量之间关系的内部模型。研究结果表明:1)服务质量显著影响萨萨克萨德村游客满意度;2)游客满意度显著影响游客在Sasak Sade村的再游意愿;3)服务质量显著影响他们在萨萨克萨德村的再访意愿。关键词:服务质量,游客满意度,重游意愿
