摘要

驾驶室悬架系统对车辆的平顺性起着重要的作用。为了充分评估三种不同驾驶室悬架结构的重型车辆的平顺性,进行了不同条件下的道路试验。并分别分析了采用单高度阀前液压后气囊、单高度阀4点气囊和双高度阀控制的4点气囊三种不同结构的驾驶室悬挂系统振动特性。另外,对试验数据进行了频域处理。结果表明,双高度气阀控制的4点气囊驾驶室悬架系统的平顺性优于其他两种悬架系统。
