摘要

在电力系统低碳发展的背景下,综合能源体系和碳交易是减少碳排放的两项有效措施。本文建立了需求响应与电动汽车相结合的园区级综合能源系统商业模型,并对其能源供应模式进行了分析。此外,在考虑碳交易的情况下,我们还研究了煤炭企业的碳交易成本,以及煤炭企业通过碳配额和政府认证减排(CCER)参与碳交易的商业模式。最后,通过算例分析了不同碳交易价格下电动汽车的需求响应和参与对充电桩收益和成本的影响,以及所投资充电桩的内部收益率(IRR)和投资回收期(PP),说明了所提出的商业模式的优势和合理性。
