In this work, we focus on the formal specification of interaction, holonic and sociotechnical concepts to the BRS-MAS model. The proposed approach, is based on Bigraphical reactive systems. Bigraphs, provide means to specify at same time locality and connectivity of different type of system ranging from soft systems to cyber physical systems. In addition, to its intuitive graphical representation, it provides algebraic definition. This, makes the resulted specifications more precise.
