摘要

实施ERP系统是提高企业市场竞争力的有效途径。但这些系统的实现过程复杂,需要大量的专业知识。为了降低ERP实施成本,提出了一种基于知识工程的ERP实施辅助系统架构。知识获取是专家系统中的一个主要问题。本文在系统中引入了多智能体技术,提高了系统的知识获取能力和灵活性。最后,按照agent社团规范和实现方法的流程设计了一个原型系统。
