Results: the analyzed studies showed the importance of turmeric consumption, even if preventively, because it acts as an excellent antioxidant and anti-infl ammatory by fi ghting free radicals, which are causing infl ammation. Conclusion: the results indicate benefi ts of turmeric consumption as an agent for reducing possible risk factors for diseases, as well as its control. 摘要
