摘要

本文研究了线性和非线性折射率对基于二阶非线性效应的多层结构性能的影响。减小非线性折射率和增大线性折射率分割使传输信号更接近于统一,同时也减小了结构的长度。采用引入的逻辑门设计了一种全光逻辑门,并对其操作进行了详细讨论。该基本单元具有性能高、工作频率衰减小、实现简单等优点,是未来光学逻辑系统的理想选择。
